If you are getting fatal error during uploading theme or importing data into wordpress. It is due to PHP Execution Time Limit in PHP settings. You can increase the PHP Execution Time Limit by opening php.ini file & setting max_execution_time = 0 This fix can be applied to any script that is giving Maximum execution time error. It is not limited to wordpress only.
